• I understand that my application is currently pending and under review and no payment is required while under review.
• The Residential Permit Application must be approved and payment received by the City of Reno Parking Services before a permit may be issued. I am aware a fee shall be charged pursuant to the fee schedule as adopted by the Reno City Council for the issuance of each permit or replacement permit.
• I am aware that no permit(s) shall be issued to any applicant with outstanding parking citations.
• I have read and understand the residential parking program under RMC Chapter 6.07 and understand failure to comply with the requirements may result in citations and/or revocations of permit(s).
• I am aware the City of Reno has the right to refuse, deny, and/or review any documentation submitted with the Residential Permit Application.
• I affirm that the information provided is true and complete. I understand that if the information provided is incorrect, inaccurate, or illegible, my permit(s) may be revoked.
• I am aware that a parking citation may be issued for being parked upon a street or public way within a residential parking zone without a valid permit being properly displayed.
• I am aware a permit issued under Chapter 6.07 of the Reno Municipal Code shall be personal, non assignable and non transferable. Each such permit shall be valid only for a specific vehicle and corresponding license plate number registered to the applicant.
